2 Large Eggs
120gms Flour
200mls Low Fat Milk
100mls Water
Pinch of Salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients to form a smooth batter, spray a small frypan and make 16 crepes, set aside.


180gms Uncooked Diced Lean Bacon
4 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
1 Packet Lo-Cal Mushroom Sauce Mix

In a sprayed frypan gently sautee bacon, add mushrooms and cook until soft. Make up mushroom sauce mix as per directions and pour over bacon and mushrooms, mix well. Spoon equally onto crepes. Roll up and serve

SERVE 4 (4 Crepes per serve)



300gms Cooked Chicken Diced
60gms Grated Mozzarella Cheese
120gms Pasta Spirals Uncooked
1 Onion Diced Finely
1 Clove Crushed Garlic
2 Courgettes Sliced
1 Tin Tomatoes In Juice (approx 400gms) Chopped
4 tsp Oil
4 tsp Cornflour
200mils Water
2 Chicken Stock Cubes Crumbled
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Boil pasta in salted water, drain and set aside. In a large frypan or wok heat oil and sautee onion and garlic for 2 mins, then add cougettes and cook for a fruther 3 mins, add chicken and tomatoes, stir well. In a bowl, mix cornflour to a smooth paste with a little water then add remaining water, stock cubes, thyme and seasonings. Pour mixture into the frypan or wok, stir well until thickened, stir in pasta. Spoon mixture into a large sprayed casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180c for 30 mins.



360 gms Tinned Smoked Fish Fillets (Drained)
6 tsp Low Fat Spread Melted
120 gms Breadcrumbs
1 Tbs Vinegar
1 Tbs Worcs. Sauce
1 Tbs Lemon Juice
1/2 tsb Dry Mustard
Pepper To taste
1/2 tsp Salt

Spray bottom of shallow 23cm dish, cover with half the breadcrumbs, place fish on top. In a mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredientsexcept breadcrumbs, teogether with melted low fat spread and pour over fish, sprinkle over remaining breadcrumbs then sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 180C. for 35 mins.



480 gms Uncooked Trim Pork Mince
120 gms Fettucine (Cooked In Boiling Salted Water & Drained)
4 tsp Oil
2 tsp Crushed Garlic
1 Onion Diced Finely
1 Carrot Diced Finely
1 Stick Celery Diced Finely
1 jar Lo-cal Simmer Sauce
Zest Of Lemon
125 mls water
1/2 tsp Salt
Freshly Ground Black Pepper To Taste

In a large mixing bowl combine pork, lemon zest, 1 tsp garlic, and half of the seasoning, mix well and form into 16 small balls (Kromeskis). Heat 2 tsp of oil in a large frypan, gently sautee onion, carrot, celery and remaining garlic, when softened remove from pan and set aside. Heat remaining oil and brown kromeskis, then add vegetables. Pour over the lo-cal simmer sauce and water, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Divide fettucine onto 4 plates and spoon kromeskis and sauce on top.
